Greetings from the Dir. of Recovery! I have great news this week. The Iowa Annual Conference now has a new DVD that will used for volunteer recruitment and the ongoing need for donations. Very soon we will be distributing the DVD's. We have 2 versions of the clip; one is 3 minutes and the other is 9 minutes. Case management training on Feb. 3 and 4 in Vinton was great! If you are considering that case management might be a good place for you to be a volunteer, Christy Smith from UMCOR has offered to come again on March 10 and 11. I had many folks that I had to turn down because of class size. If you are still interested, please give me call or email so I can get an idea if we enough folks to make that a firm date with UMCOR.
