Radical Hospitality at the Iowa State Fair

We are searching for volunteers to provide radical hospitality for 4 hour shifts at the Iowa State Fair in the air conditioned Varied Industries Building.  The 2009 Fair runs from August 13-23.

Our booth is # 355, next to the UNI booth near the center of the building. Does your church have a youth group looking for a service project? People from your church that attended Camp?  A UMM, UMW, or mission group who would like to spend a day together at the Fair?  Maybe you are someone who just can’t get enough time at our great State Fair?  Volunteers receive free admission to the Fair for the day and a limited edition i-Camps version t-shirt, designed for this year’s volunteers. 

We especially need volunteers for the 5pm-9pm shifts.
