Monday 02/22/2010 is the final day for submission of your 2009 statistical information! Reports must be entered on-line by Midnight, or postmarked on that day to avoid the 10% apportionment penalty.  

To log in to the GCFA Statistics system you will need to know your Six Digit GCFA church number. The first five digits of this number are the same as your Iowa Conference church number. This number was included in the mailing sent to Pastors and Treasurers in December.  If you do not have that letter you may contact the Treasurer's Office or your District Office.

Note:  The default passwords reset every year.  Also make sure that you are entering the username and password in all lowercase letters.  Please refer to the on-line entry instructions above for the formatting of the usernames.

These forms are provided here for your use as worksheets.  We request that all information be entered directly in the the GCFA Statistics Entry System using the instructions above.
