Clergy Session at 6:45 PM
Laity Session at 6:45 PM

Sunday, June 6
Ordination & Commissioning Service at 9:30 AM
Memorial Celebration at 4:30 PM

Monday, June 7
Retirement Celebration at 4:30 PM

Tuesday, June 8
Closing Worship and Fixing of Appointments at 11:30 AM
Adjournment of the Annual Conference Sessions at 12:30 PM

Annual Conference Dates for 2010, 2011 and 2012:
 
June 5-8, 2010 (Saturday-Tuesday)
June 4-7, 2011 (Saturday-Tuesday)
June 2-5, 2012 (Saturday-Tuesday
 
The registration mailing for Annual Conference 2010 will be mailed out the week of March 1, 2010. The deadline for registration is Friday, March 26.
Included in this mailing, you will find two maps, a list of hotels, the dorm housing registration forms, information on bus transportation and parking, and information on child care.
