In the upcoming months, you will notice a change to the Human Resources website.  We are in the process of updating the site to become more user friendly and make it a “one-stop” for all your HR and Benefit needs.  Various forms will be posted on the website so that you can immediately print the form off without having to request it.  Did you get married, have a baby, change appointments?  You will now have immediate access to the HSA/HRA/FSA forms that will need to be completed if you are changing appointment or changing your election due to a life changing event.  Want to change your UMPIP contribution?  You will now have immediate access to download the form and submit for the change.  We hope that having these forms easily accessible will simplify our processes.  Please be patient while we are under construction and if you have any questions/concerns, you may contact the Human Resources Department.
