2012 Benefit Open Enrollment
For all active clergy/lay staff eligible for Iowa Conference benefits.
The 2012 Benefit Open enrollment season is almost here and it’s time to start thinking about what changes, if any, you would like to make for 2013. During open enrollment, this is the ONLY time you are able to change your benefits throughout the year, unless you have a life-changing event, such as marriage, birth, adoption, etc.
We are changing how we present the open enrollment meetings this year. The Benefit Open Enrollment meetings online through WebEx, rather than being held on to each district (which required clergy to travel to the sessions). You will now be able to log in from the comfort of your own home/office and attend any of the 10 meetings we have set up. You may attend 1, 2, 3…as many you would like…and no registration is required.
Open enrollment meetings
October 9th – 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. October 18th – 11:00 – 1:30 p.m.
October 10th – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. October 31st – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
October 11th – 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. November 1st – 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
October 16th – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. November 6th – 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
October 17th – 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. November 7th – 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.

All Benefit Election statements must be completed and returned by NOVEMBER 30th, 2012. No changes will be accepted after November 30th, 2012. Even if you are not making changes to benefits, the form still needs to be signed and returned.
Items to be discussed include changes to benefits for:
· Health Insurance – Single/Family
· HSA – Employee Contributions
· FSA – Regular/Limited/Insurance Premiums Employee Contributions
· Delta Dental
· UMPIP – Personal Contributions to Pension accounts.
