Below are links for the Table Layout to show how the tables are arranged in Hy-Vee hall, and the Seating List (commonly called the seating chart) listing the persons pre-registered for Annual Conference along with their assigned table number. If your name does not appear on this list then you will want to check with your District Administrative Assistant either before the conference session, or when you arrive at Hy-Vee hall. Registration tables will be set up by district across from the main entrance to Hall B.
Those of you bringing your electronic devices will want to download these files to your device for easy reference throughout the conference session.
Printed copies of the Seating List, Table Layout, and Conference Agenda will be available upon your arrival at Hy-Vee Hall.
Invited family and friends for the Memorial Celebration Service on Saturday, June 6, 1:30 PM, need to arrive by 12:30 PM and gather in the lower level pre function area. There is an elevator and an escalator that will take you down to the lower level. There will be hospitality greeters to meet you in the lower level to provide you with further instruction.
Once again this year, we are inviting all clergy to help in the celebration of those colleagues who are entering into a new phase of ministry. We are asking that you robe and participate in the opening procession of this year’s Service of Ordering. Instructions
