Bishop Ken Carter's opening presentation to the fall 2015 gathering of the Order of Elders, Deacons, and Fellowship of Local Pastors.  The presentation is grounded in Acts 15 and Matthew 13.  Bishop Carter is the episcopal leader of the Florida Area of The United Methodist Church.  He is president-elect of the Council of Bishops.
