We provide free food to our Community. When retail food is no longer salable, but still meets FDA regulations, it can be donated to food banks as salvage The food pantry is manned entirely by volunteers from the Methodist Church and relies on donations from its own congregation members, members of other congregations and others in the community wishing to lend a helping hand. It distributes food one day a week, on a no questions asked basis to those expressing a need. Typically fresh seasonal produce and bread are available, along with canned and boxed goods. The clothes in our Clothing Give Away have been donated by members and friends of this congregation.The clothing distribution operating hours are at the same time as the food distribution. However, if someone is in need of clothes, they can stop by the church office during their open hours for assistance.
