Valley United Methodist Church, 4201 Ashworth in West Des Moines is sponsoring a "Spring Neighborhood Party". Neighbors and friends are invited to join us for games, fellowship, food, and a concert by Higher Power Quartet of Central Iowa. Games will begin at 5:00 p.m. A free BBQ is at 6:00 p.m. And the concert will be at 7:00 p.m. There will be a freewill offering for Higher Power Ministries. All events will be outside in our church yard, prayer garden and gazebo, weather permitting. If inclement weather, we'll move indoors to the fellowship hall and sanctuary.
