Zoom Webinar Link and Passcode Email
All members of the 2021 Iowa Annual Conference Session have been emailed a confirmation titled, “Iowa Annual Conference 2021 Legislative Session, Pre-Conference Orientation Sessions, and Town Hall Confirmation.” It contains directions, a link, and a passcode to join the Zoom Webinar. This link is the one you will use for the Pre-Conference Orientations, Town Hall, and the Iowa Annual Conference Session.
Clergy Session Zoom Webinar
If you are clergy, you have been emailed a separate Zoom confirmation for your Clergy Session link. Please note that the Clergy Session link is different than the General Session link.
Voting Information and LoginID for Vvoter
Members have also received an email titled, "2021 Iowa Annual Conference Sessions Voting Information" from the email address, [email protected] with login credentials for the VVoter system. The email will contain a link to the voting web page and a LoginID. This is different than the Zoom webinar Passcode. You will use this same link and ID for voting during the Pre-Conference Orientations practice voting and the Annual Conference Sessions. For those of you who are clergy, the same LoginID will also be used for the separate Clergy Session. The Vvoter system will be used for non-voting members also as it is where the "Request to Speak" button will be located.
