The United Methodist Publishing House, a self-supporting church agency, plans to move to Nashville's MetroCenter area of office parks in the first half of 2015.
The agency bought the LakeFront Office Park in MetroCenter for $9.25 million.
Florida-based Turnberry Associates has the current 3.7-acre publishing house headquarters site, across the street from Nashville's new convention center, under contract. The Tennessean reports.
