Iowa Wesleyan College is pleased to announce that Reverend Ronald C. Bupp has been appointed as the new Director of Campus Ministry and Service-Learning.
From 1982 to 2011, Bupp had a successful career in international sales, marketing and executive management. From 2007 to 2011, he was the President of Repel Holdings Inc. in Marion, Iowa where he developed a comprehensive strategic business plan, an operational financial plan, a market branding strategy, and opened Repel’s first manufacturing and distribution facility. Previously, Bupp held an executive position with Roman Decorating Products, Inc., in Calumet City, Illinois.
Bupp is an Elder in the Iowa Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Ministry is his second career. He received his Master of Divinity in 2012 and became an Associate Pastor at the Christ Community United Methodist Church in Marion, Iowa soon after. Before joining Iowa Wesleyan, Bupp was appointed to Cedar-Fremont United Methodist Parish in Fremont, Iowa, specifically to rebuild the church.

Bupp earned his bachelor’s degree in business at Saint Xavier University, his Master of Divinity from the University of Dubuque and is currently working toward a Doctorate in Wesleyan Practices from Ashland Theological Seminary.
