Proposed Nominations from the floor for REPLACEMENT NOMINEES need to be cleared with the Conference Nominations Coordinating Committee by sending an email to barb.oakland@iaumc.org by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021. You must include the name of the potential nominee, the position for which the substitute name is being offered, and assurance that you have consulted with the proposed nominee. You will be notified as to the new nominee’s eligibility for serving in this position. If the nominee is deemed eligible, you will need to be prepared to place this name in nomination when nominations from the floor are called for on Sunday afternoon, June 6, 2021, at the time of the Nominations report. (Rule of Order 1015.35, proposed to be suspended to allow 6 hours for this process for virtual 2021 Annual Conference.)
