How to submit Action Items for the AC2022 Pre-Conference Manual

To submit new items and resolutions to be included in the Annual Conference 2022 Pre-Conference Manual, please fill out this form and attach a Microsoft Word document to it. Submitted documents will be routed to the appropriate board or agency and they may contact you if they have any questions or concerns. Submissions are due by Monday, March 14.
