Cedar Falls First UMC virtual training conference on January 31—"Leading Through a Pandemic and Beyond"

Virtually none of us in local church leadership imagined being movie producers or tele-evangelists when we were called into ministry.  Yet during the pandemic, we have had to reimagine how we do everything in relation to ministry.  At Cedar Falls First United Methodist Church, we have found some innovative ways to engage in mission and ministry through trial/error, failures, and blessings in new endeavors.  We would love to share some of the strategies we have found fruitful as well as some presentations from other ministry experts in Iowa.  It will be an inspiring time discerning how the Holy Spirit will be leading us into 2021.  We invite you to join us for this virtual conference as we explore "Leading Through a Pandemic and Beyond."
