First UMC Iowa City launching new Wesley Foundation

First United Methodist Church and Wesley Foundation of Iowa City is launching a fresh expression of campus ministry. By coming together as an intergenerational and fully inclusive faith community, its desire is to partner with God in transforming the world. The missional priorities are to be a place where young people can experience God’s grace and develop meaningful relationships in the community, grow spiritually, serve wherever there is a need for God’s love in the world, and develop as leaders who discern God’s call to faithful discipleship.  
 
Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, First UMC and Wesley Foundation is embracing the call to minister to and with students by worshiping and serving together and providing space for students to explore their faith.
