Iowa Conference Treasurer's office welcomes Nancy Agan as Senior Staff Accountant

October 09, 2020

The Iowa Annual Conference welcomes Nancy Agan as a new team member of the Treasurer’s Office. Agan is filling the position of Senior Staff Accountant vacated by Emily Graber when she was promoted to Assistant Treasurer/Controller at Tim Horsch’s retirement.

Nancy Agan has had a duo career working in both Accounting and Information Technology (IT). Her accounting career began working with Principal Financial Group. After that, she entered the IT side by entering a program at Principal to learn "common business-oriented language" (COBOL) to assist with Y2K, a widespread computer programming glitch that was expected to cause extensive havoc as the year changed from 1999 to 2000.

Agan has also worked for Terrus Real Estate Group, Wells Fargo, and Anderson Properties. She has an extensive background in both accounting and IT and attributes her success because of it.

Agan enjoys walking, reading, and socializing with friends on patios or in parks. She is an avid Iowa State Fair attendee, so she really missed it in August. Her teams are Iowa State and the Green Bay Packers.

Please join us in welcoming Nancy to the Iowa Annual Conference family.
