The Iowa Annual Conference is happy to announce that Amy Keenan has been hired as the new Riverview Park District Administrative Assistant.
Keenan began her work with the conference in mid-June. Previously, she served as the Administrative Assistant and Financial Coordinator at the Grinnell United Methodist Church for four years.
"I grew up in Kellogg and have been a member of the Kellogg United Methodist Church my whole life," she said. "I am married to Brandon Keenan and we have three children; Jaxx (16), Drake (13) and Janae (13). They attend school and are very busy with activities in the Grinnell-Newburg School District. I enjoy spending time with family, riding horses, gardening, and being mom to my children."
As the conference continues its move into the five district structure, Amy will manage not only district administrative matters but also details of circuit ministry work.
"I am excited to introduce Amy Keenan as our new District Administrative Assistant who is assigned to the Riverview Park District," said Rev. Dr. Heecheon Jeon, Riverview Park District Superintendent. "She will bring a spirit of teamwork, creativity, and a variety of skill sets that will help us connect to live out the mission of the Iowa Annual Conference. I am looking forward to working with her to serve you all."
