The Iowa delegation of the North Central Jurisdictional Conference has the pleasure of presenting an Episcopal Nominee to the 2020 Iowa Annual Conference. This process involves receiving names of possible candidates now through October 31, 2019.
On November 1, 2019, those candidates will then receive the “Episcopal Nominee Information” form and the “Episcopal Election Covenant” which will be due by November 30, 2019.
In January 2020, candidates will be asked to interview with the delegation at which time one candidate will be chosen and presented to the Iowa Annual Conference for endorsement.

A Guideline for Discerning an Episcopal Nominee from the North Central Jurisdictional Committee on Episcopacy which includes additional Iowa criteria. After considering this guideline if you would like to submit your name as a candidate for Episcopal Nominee send an email titled,
I would like to be a candidate for Episcopal Nominee. In the body of the email include your name, district, current ministry setting, and phone number. Email it to LaTonya Calderon at
