We would like to invite all clergy members of the Iowa Conference to attend a second Clergy Session Zoom Webinar and VVoter rehearsal on Tuesday, June 2nd at 9:30 a.m.
We understand that working with technology can be challenging, which is why it is important for you to attend this rehearsal. We have compiled a detailed set of instructions and troubleshooting tips. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are in need of assistance.
To attend, please register. After you register and are approved, you will receive an email from "AC Support <[email protected]>" with a link and password to the Zoom Webinar. If you have already registered, locate the email you received from "AC Support <[email protected]>" in your email inbox. This will be the same information you will use for the Clergy Session on Friday, June 5th.
If you have voting rights at the Clergy Session, you have already received an email from "[email protected]" titled "2020 Annual Conference Clergy Session Voting Information”. This will include a link and Unique ID to the VVoter Portal. This will be the same information you will use for the Clergy Session on Friday, June 5th.
Please locate both the Zoom and VVoter emails before the beginning of the webinar.
Do not share these email invitations with anyone else. They are personalized to each member so that voting is secure. These credentials will be used for both the practice session on June 2nd and the Clergy Session on June 5th.
