The 2021 Iowa Annual Conference Pre-Conference Manual (PCM) is now available for download at
https://www.iaumc.org/pcm.
Consistent with recent years, you will notice the PCM is much smaller and includes hyperlinks that direct you to resources on our website.
The ministry plans for Conference Missions – Programming Agencies are found on pages 21 through 44. At end of each ministry is the budget approved by the Conference Connectional Ministries Council (CCMC). This is a hyperlink and by clicking it you will be taken to the budget summary report-2022 which includes financial records from 2019 to the proposed budget for 2022.
The ministry plans for Conference Ministries – Connectional Resources begin on page 46. Please notice that when several ministry plans are included in one budget, as is the case with
Episcopal Office and Operation, the total budget approved by the Council on Finance and Administration (CFA) is in the first plan of the group and names all of the ministry plans included. Otherwise, the CFA-approved budget is at the end of the ministry plan. These are also hyperlinked to more detailed budget summaries.
At the end of each ministry, there is a hyperlink that shows the budget total of the plan that was approved by CCMC Program Review, and the Council on Finance and Administration has already revised the full ministry plans to make budgetary recommendations. At the end of each ministry plan is a hyperlink that will take you directly to the budget recommendations.
The 2021 Pre-Conference Manual Addendum will be published when additional information has been submitted for publication.
