Proposed Nominations from the floor for REPLACEMENT NOMINEES need to be cleared with the Conference Nominations Coordinating Committee by sending an email to
[email protected] by
1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020. You must include the name of the potential nominee, the position for which the substitute name is being offered, and assurance that you have consulted with the proposed nominee. You will be notified as to the new nominee’s eligibility for serving in this position. If the nominee is deemed eligible, you will need to be prepared to place this name in nomination when nominations from the floor are called for on Saturday afternoon, July 18, at the time of the Nominations report.
