Rev. Lloyd Vernon Peverill died on Monday, August 10, 2009.
Services were held in Cottonwood, AL.
Rev. Peverill served in Iowa at Miles-Preston; Boxholm-Pilot Mount; Low Moor-McCausland; Olin, First and Morley, Faith-Forest Chapel; Fenton-Cylinder and Fenton-Burt-Good Hope. He retired in 1995.
Survivors include his wife Eliza Mae Sellers Peverill, Cottonwood, AL; sons: Amos, Timothy and Oman; and daughters: Amy Marie Ashby and Suzannah Harris.
Memorials may be sent to the family for future designation.
