Mr. Fred L. Smith, husband of Reverend Sandra Smith, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2009.

Funeral Services were held on Monday, September 7 at the St. Charles Parish, St. Charles, IA.

Reverend Smith served as the Winterset-Patterson (Assoc.) and at Macksburg-Hebron-Lorimor.  She retired in 2009.

Survivors include Reverend Smith of Saint Charles, IA and children:  Brad of Denver, CO; Ryan of West Des Moines and Sara Woodard of Des Moines.

Memorials may be sent to the St. Charles Parish or Hope Ministries of Des Moines.
