Mrs. Karyl J. Thompson, spouse of Rev. Charles W. Thompson, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2011.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, August 20 at First United Methodist Church, 307 S Wilson Avenue, Jefferson, IA. Visitation will be on Friday, August 19 at the church after 12:00 pm with family present from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Rev. Thompson served Bayard-Wichita; Earlham-Worthington-Penn Center and Nashua-Republic Community. He is currently serving Scranton-Greenbrier.
Survivors include Rev. Thompson, Jefferson, IA and their children: Charles of Ho Ho Kus, NJ; Kristina of Jefferson, IA; John of Fredricksburg, VA; Matthew of Ft. Lewis, WA; Michael of Kandahar, Afghanistan and Philip of Ft. Bragg, NC.
Memorials may be sent to the family for future designation.
