Mrs. Mildred Rubey, surviving spouse of Rev. Ray H. Rubey, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2013.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the Montrose Cemetery.
Rev. Rubey served at Cantril-Mt. Sterling, Delta-Bethel and Elliott. He died in 1964.
Survivors include a son, Kent Rubey of Montrose and daughter, Charlotte Loter of Polk City, IA.
Memorials may be sent to the Montrose Fire Department or Montrose Library.
