Rev. Herbert R. Gould passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Jones & Eden Funeral Home, 116 E Main Street, Washington, IA. (All clergy attending are invited to robe and wear a white stole.) The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Rev. Gould served at Coin; New Sharon-Taintor; Missiouri Valley-Modale; Oakland; Hawarden-Ireton; Des Moines, Union Park and New London.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; and their children: Gene of Bedford, TX; David of Chicago, IL; Marilyn Maurer of Winfield, IL; Emily Chafa of Johnston, IA and Phil of Chicago, IL.
Memorials may be directed to the Wesley Acres Gratuity Fund.
