Mrs. Genevieve Sparks, surviving spouse of Rev. Clyde G. Sparks, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, May 17 at the First United Methodist Church in Chariton, IA.
Rev. Sparks served at Adrian; Barker; Brasher; Ventura; Van Meter, Otterbein; Scranton-Ralston and Dows-Alexander. He retired in 1987.
Survivors include her children: Glenna Bents of Ames, IA; Dan Sparks of Albany, OR and Opal of Platte City, MO.
