Rev. Carl B. Riggs passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016.
Services were held on Friday, January 15 at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls, IA.
Rev. Riggs served at Moville and as a Chaplain, United States Air Force. He retired in 1974.
Survivors include his wife, Constance of Cedar Falls, IA; daughter, Rebecca Gebhart, Grand Rapids, MI; and sons: Paul of Ottumwa, IA and Stephen Riggs of Cedar Falls, IA.
Memorials may be Nazareth Lutheran Church or New Aldaya Lifescapes.
