Rev. David A. Pacholke passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
A Celebration of Life Service and Funeral Services were held in Dubuque, Iowa earlier this week.
Rev. Pacholke served at Mingo-Farrar; as Chaplain, The Finley Hospital, Dubuque-Dubuque, Grandview Avenue and as Director of Pastoral Care, The Finley Hospital, Dubuque. He retired in 2013.
Survivors include his wife Jan of Dubuque, IA; his daughter Karen Wilson of Cedar Rapids, IA and his son Aaron.
Memorials may be given to the David Pacholke Memorial Fund. Donations will be given to his favorite charities.
