Rev. David R. Wendel passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

Rev. Wendel served at Epworth-Farley; Elliott-Pilot Grove; Sioux City, Crescent Park; Sidney-Thurman; Estherville; as Superintendent, Ottumwa District; Newton, First and as Assistant to the Bishop. He retired in 2006.
Survivors include his wife Jane of Ankeny, IA and his daughters: Jennifer Krogmann of Olathe, KS and Sara Green of Littleton, CO.
