(4) information knowingly provided by users in online forms or otherwise, registration forms (i.e. examples may include but not limited to online registrations for events, online donations, credit card payments for fees, newsletter subscribers)
All credit card transactions are securely passed to and processed by Nova Information Systems directly; The Iowa Annual Conference does not collect or keep credit care information on our servers. Personal information provided at the time of credit card use is only for the purpose of crediting the proper account and giving you credit correctly for your gift or payment. The Iowa Annual conference will not keep or store credit card numbers.
Merchandise such as printed materials (books, manuals, etc.) will be shipped within two weeks of date of publication.
Other materials such as DVD's or other video/audio productions will be shipped within two weeks of their production date.
Refunds for events will only be granted for cases of illness or hardship. Refunds for merchandise will only be granted upon the return of said merchandise.
Other companies that place links on the Website may collect information about you when you click on their links or visit there website(s). You should contact these companies directly if you have any questions about their use or information and privacy policies. The website assumes no liability for acts of third parties that are linked to this website. Reasonable efforts are made to safeguard the confidentiality of information transmissions made by means of the internet; however, the internet cannot be made absolutely secure. The Iowa Annual Conference assumes no liability for disclosure or access to information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized access, or other acts of third parties.

The Terms of Service Agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with laws of the State of Iowa. Any actions brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of Iowa. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder to the Terms of Service Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
