Two new informational forms are now available for completion. The first form is the UMVIM Volunteer in Mission Volunteer Personal Data Form. This form is for individuals who have been on mission journeys and are available to continue their participation. Having the contact, experience and skill information will help in recruiting needed persons to fill mission teams as necessary.
The second form is a Mission Report Form to be completed by the team leader/pastor of the mission work team. This information will be helpful as we submit statistics to the North Central Jurisdiction. More important is being able to provide information as needed to help local groups prepare for a successful mission journey.
